What is CBG?
CBG, or cannabigerol, is one of the many cannabinoids that occur naturally in cannabis plants. It is often called the "mother of all cannabinoids" because it is the basic building block from which other cannabinoids, such as CBD or THC, are formed in the plant. Unlike THC, however, CBG is not psychoactive, meaning it does not affect consciousness. It is mostly obtained from young cannabis plants, when its concentration is highest. CBG is the subject of intensive scientific research due to its potential in supporting regeneration, calming and balancing the body. In addition, when combined with other cannabinoids and terpenes, it promotes the so-called entourage effect, where the individual components of the plant work together and increase their effect.
Avocado beyond the kitchen
Avocado oil is a valuable natural source rich in vitamins, minerals and healthy fats. We do not claim that its high proportion of monounsaturated fatty acids can favourably affect cholesterol levels or heart health, but thanks to its nutritional value, it is often sought after for this purpose. The oil is also popular in skincare because it contains vitamins A, D, and E, which can contribute to the hydration and regeneration of dry or sensitive skin. Some people also use it to support skin elasticity and as a natural protection against ageing, although we wouldn't claim anything like that. In addition, thanks to its delicate flavour profile, avocado oil is ideal not only for cooking but also for cosmetics.
