General Terms and Conditions
I. Basic Provisions
These general terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms and Conditions") are issued pursuant to Section 1751 et seq. of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Civil Code")

These Terms and Conditions govern the mutual rights and obligations of the Seller and natural persons who conclude purchase contracts outside their business activities as consumers, or within their business activities (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") through the web interface located on the website available at bonghemia.cz (hereinafter referred to as the "Online Store").
• The provisions of the Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the purchase contract • Deviating agreements in the purchase contract take precedence over the provisions of these Terms and Conditions • These Terms and Conditions and the purchase contract are concluded in Czech language
II. Information about Goods and Prices
Information about goods, including prices of individual goods and their main properties, are listed for each item in the Online Store catalog.
Price Information: • Goods prices are stated including VAT and all related fees • Prices include costs for returning goods if such goods cannot be returned by ordinary postal means due to their nature • Discounts are calculated from the lowest price at which the product was offered during the 30 days prior to providing the discount • Goods prices remain valid for the duration of their display in the Online Store
Product Presentation: • All product presentations in the catalog are informational in nature • The Seller is not obligated to conclude a purchase contract regarding the presented goods • Discounts on purchase prices cannot be combined unless otherwise agreed between the Seller and Buyer
III. Orders and Conclusion of Purchase Contract
Communication Costs: Costs incurred by the Buyer when using remote communication means in connection with concluding the purchase contract are borne by the Buyer. These costs do not differ from the basic rate.
Ordering Methods: • Through customer account after prior registration • By filling out the order form without registration
Ordering Process: • Buyer selects goods, quantity, payment method, and delivery method • Before sending the order, the Buyer can check and modify entered data • Order is sent by clicking the appropriate button • Condition for order validity is completion of all mandatory fields and confirmation of familiarity with Terms and Conditions
Order Confirmation: • Seller immediately sends automatic confirmation of order receipt • This confirmation is not considered conclusion of contract • Purchase contract is concluded only after acceptance of order by the Seller • Notification of order acceptance is delivered to the Buyer's email address
Order Cancellation: • Buyer may cancel order until notification of its acceptance is delivered • Cancellation is possible by phone or email using contacts specified in Terms and Conditions
IV. Customer Account
Registration and Access: • Based on registration, Buyer can access customer account • Ordering is possible without registration • Buyer is obligated to provide correct and truthful information • When information changes, Buyer must update it
Account Security: • Access is secured by username and password • Buyer is obligated to maintain confidentiality regarding access credentials • Seller bears no responsibility for misuse of account by third parties • Buyer is not authorized to allow third parties to use the account
Account Management: • Seller may cancel account for long-term non-use • Account may be cancelled for breach of purchase contract obligations • User account may not be available continuously due to maintenance
V. Payment Terms and Goods Delivery
Payment Methods: • Bank transfer to account No. 78-8903460207/0100 (KB) • Credit/debit card payment • Through GoPay payment gateway • Cash on delivery upon goods handover • Cash or card payment for personal pickup
Payment Terms: • Cash payment: upon goods receipt • Cashless payment: within 7 days of contract conclusion • Obligation is fulfilled when amount is credited to Seller's account
Sales Records: According to the Sales Records Act, the Seller is obligated to issue a receipt and record the sale online, or within 48 hours in case of technical failure.
Goods Delivery: • To address specified by Buyer • Through pickup points • Personal pickup at Seller's premises
Goods Receipt: • Buyer must check packaging integrity • If packaging is damaged, Buyer need not accept the shipment • Ownership rights transfer upon payment of full purchase price and goods receipt • Risk of damage transfers upon goods receipt
VI. Withdrawal from Contract
Right of Withdrawal: Consumer-Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without stating reasons within 14 days.
Withdrawal Period: • From the day of goods receipt • From the day of last delivery receipt (for multiple types of goods) • From the day of first delivery receipt (for regular deliveries)
Exceptions from Withdrawal Right: Buyer cannot withdraw from contracts for: • Services performed with prior consent before expiry of withdrawal period • Goods customized according to Buyer's wishes • Perishable goods delivery • Sealed goods delivery for hygienic reasons • Audio/video recordings or software after breaking the seal • Digital content delivery with prior consent • Other cases per Section 1837 of Civil Code
Withdrawal Procedure: • Send withdrawal statement within 14-day period • Option to use sample form • Return goods within 14 days of withdrawal • Buyer bears costs of returning goods
Money Return: • Seller returns all payments within 14 days • Return using same payment method • For more expensive shipping, Seller returns only cheapest option costs • Liability for value decrease:Buyer is liable for decreased goods value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to determine nature and properties of goods
VII. Defective Performance Rights
Liability for Defects: Seller is liable that goods have no defects upon receipt and have agreed properties.
Warranty Period: • 24 months from goods receipt (consumer goods) • For used goods, may be shortened to 12 months by agreement • Defect appearing within 6 months is considered existing upon receipt
Buyer's Rights for Defects: • Exchange for new goods • Goods repair • Reasonable discount from purchase price • Contract withdrawal (for substantial defects)
Complaint Process: • Seller must accept complaints at any premises • Complaint decision: immediately, in complex cases within 3 working days • Complaint resolution: within 30 days maximum • Buyer has right to compensation for reasonably incurred costs
VIII. Delivery
Electronic Communication: • Contracting parties deliver correspondence via email • Buyer delivers to email address specified in Terms and Conditions • Seller delivers to email address from customer account or order

Supervisory Bodies: • Trade licensing control is performed by relevant trade licensing office • CTI supervises compliance with Consumer Protection Act
X. Final Provisions
Legal Regulation: • Relationship is governed by Czech Republic legal system • For international elements, Czech law applies • Consumer rights from generally binding regulations are not affected
Intellectual Property: • All website rights belong to Seller • Copying prohibited without Seller's consent
Liability: • Seller bears no responsibility for errors caused by third-party interference • Buyer must not use procedures negatively affecting operation
Archiving and Changes: • Purchase contract is archived electronically • Seller may change Terms and Conditions - rights from previous version not affected • Buyer assumes risk of changed circumstances per Section 1765(2) of Civil Code
These Terms and Conditions become effective on November 12, 2025
